Airmux-400

The new Airmux-400 broadband wireless multiplexer delivers carrier-class, high capacity, extended range Ethernet service in the sub-6GHz space at the most competitive price in the industry. The Airmux-400 wireless multiplexer provides point-to-point Ethernet extension of 50 Mbps full duplex, net throughput at ranges up to 120 km (75 miles).

Multiservice Multiplexers

RAD’s highly flexible and versatile multiservice access multiplexers groom, aggregate and cross-connect multiple services, including voice, ISDN, high/low speed data, and LAN over fiber optic, wire line, xDSL or wireless.

The multiplexers belong to the Megaplex family of scalable products and feature a wide range of capabilities, including SDH/SONET ADM functionality, IP migration, voice compression, and flexible cross connect capacities, to fit the needs of small businesses, large organizations and carriers. .

RAD’s multiplexers are ideally suited to the utility and transportation industries, whose critical time and delay sensitive applications require the Quality of Service of TDM-based access and SDH transport solutions. Designed to address industry-specific requirements for handling SCADA data, teleprotection messages and omnibus voice, the Megaplex product family is also engineered to offer a migration path for transmission over packet-switched networks using TDMoIP technology.

The units can be deployed at the customer premises and carrier points of presence (PoP).

T1-Ethernet Serial and Ethernet Interface Converter

RAD's RIC-T1 serial interface converter offers conversion between T1 interfaces and standard data communications interfaces V.35, X.21, V.36, and RS-530, as well as Fast Ethernet, Ethernet bridge and IP router. The modular design allows for simple interchanging of the interfaces.
